In the 2020 financial year, Robinhood reported $682 million in payment-for-order-flow sales, a 514 percent raise over the previous year.
Robinhood announced 13 million active users in May 2020, but the number is expected to rise.
Robinhood was valued at $20 billion prior to its IPO, but secondary shares have increased the company’s valuation to $40 billion.
