The net worth of Moink Meat during the show was $2.5 million and by the end of the show, Jamie Siminoff offered to invest $2 million for 10% equity in the company.

After appearing on Shark Tank, Moink’s sales rose to $3 million and their estimated net worth is now $7.4 million.  Lucinda Cramsey has a net worth of approximately $1 million as of 2022.

What is Moink and Who is the Founder of Moink?

Moink is a meat subscription service that offers ethically sourced and humanely raised meats, including grass-fed beef, pastured chicken, wild-caught salmon, grass-fed lamb, and pastured pig. Their meat products are free from sugar, preservatives, hormones, and other harmful additives.

Moink’s founder is Lucinda Cramsey, an eighth-generation family farmer who is still active in the industry.

Customers can order their custom meat boxes online and choose the quantity and variety they prefer, which will be delivered to their doorstep.

The company offers free FedEx shipping within the lower 48 states and provides delivery options of 3, 4, or 6 weeks. The price for each box is $159, which contains between 12 and 14 pounds of beef, averaging at $13 per pound.

Moink was co-founded by Adam and Lucinda Cramsey, a couple with a background in engineering and organic farming, respectively. They both grew up on farms in the Midwest and later relocated to the East Coast, where Lucinda founded organic boxing firms, and Adam worked in engineering.

After realizing the financial struggles of independently owned family farms, Lucinda decided to establish Moink to help these farmers and take on Big Agra in the market. The idea for Moink came about when Adam desired a pork chop, but Lucinda was hesitant to buy factory-farmed meat.

After receiving feedback from like-minded neighbors and organic farmer friends, they decided to bring organic, grass-fed beef to market through box shipment and home delivery.

Moink Shark Tank Pitch?

After pitching on Shark Tank, Moink’s founder Lucinda Cramsey was looking for a $250,000 investment in exchange for a 10% stake in the business.

However, while the Sharks liked her enthusiasm, they were not keen on her razor-thin margins or 10% net profit on sales. Lori, Daymond, Mark, and Kevin all declined to invest in the company.

Only Jamie Siminoff was willing to invest, offering $400,000 for a 20% stake in the business. He was interested in helping Moink increase its margins and expand its business quickly. Lucinda accepted Jamie’s offer, and they began working together to build the company.

After the deal was completed, Jamie visited Moink’s farm in an update segment in season 11, episode 1107. He was impressed by the operation and later purchased a farm in the community. By June 2021, Moink had achieved significant growth, with the company on track to generate $7.4 million in sales.
