As soon as you are done and have selected your best keyword phrases the next step shows you how to make some improvements to your home page.

Create Relevant Content

You need to begin writing website contents posts and articles about each of your top 10 keywords noted above. The content is based on the products and services you offer and should be aimed at providing value and create trust with your potential clients.

You can do a schedule to be writing like 1 article per day or weekly event to write at least one new article. You do not have to do it all yourself. Delegate to your employees, business partners, or even ask customers to contribute. Give them a topic from your keyword list and tell them to take any angle they would like.

A good blog post should be at least 500 words with a single keyword focus from your list, and is written in a friendly, conversational tone. Keep in mind that as important as search engines are, customers come first, so make sure your copy also reads well

Once your article is ready submitted to your website developer or you can learn to publish it yourself on your website.

An important tip is to also include these keywords in your HTML “title tag”. Use your content management system to make these changes yourself, or perhaps ask your web developer to do it if you’re unsure how.

Optimize Your Article

This is perhaps most important part of your SEO strategy is optimizing for the right keywords. Give your new blog posts and articles the best chance possible to pull in new visitors by making sure they’re optimized for the search engines.

The search engines pay special attention to certain page fields so you can gain a better search engine ranking just by putting the right words in the right places. Check for basic optimization by making sure that each page’s keyword (or keyphrase) can be found in the page title and meta description and is also used several times within the article’s text.

An important tip is to also include these keywords in your HTML “title tag”. Use your content management system to make these changes yourself, or perhaps ask your web developer to do it if you’re unsure how.
